• Responsibilities :
-Managing the Business Development part of the Sales Cycle, starting from Need Creation and Identification to Mapping it to a Solution then Proposing, Presenting and Discussing the Solution till passing it as a qualified deal ready for Closing to the Sales team .
-Driving & Managing Oracle H/W, S/W and Services Business across MDS-Saudi.
-Handling MDS-Oracle alliance with Oracle Pre-Sales, Channel and Sales Teams.
-Work with Potential Customers to Identify their current Problems and enhancement Opportunities and propose solutions based on Oracle Products and Services.
-Study Existing Customers Environments for New Business Opportunities.
-Build and Conduct C-Level and Technical Customer Presentations addressing Solutions.
-Work with MDS Technical Team in Designing and Performing needed POCs.
-Work with Sales Team in Building Full RFP responses related to Oracle products including Sizing, Licensing and Services.
-Handle Preparing “Full Solution Offerings” for Key Customers including Data Center, Network, H/W, Infrastructure Software, Oracle Technology products and Applications.
Systems Team Leader, VAS Systems and Strategic Planning Team .
• Responsibilities :
Leading a Team of 3 Engineers responsible for the following :
- Planning & Implementation of VAS (Value Added Services ) Systems “H/W and System S/W” to achieve best Systems performance and Reliability.
- Design the H/W solution for Home Grown Applications .
- Prepare RFP’s H/W part for new tenders, Revise Technical proposals and participate in
Offer’s financial negotiations.
- Prepare and Conduct presentations concerning new systems for Management Team
- 3rd level support for the Sun and HP Machines (H/W, Op/Sys and HA software)
- New Systems Installation, Configuration and Testing.
- Handle Integration of new installed systems with Centralized Backup system,
Sun Management System and IBM Management System .
- Prepare for Recommend upgrades based on systems vendors’ roadmap.
Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, Self Service Dept.
• Responsibilities:
- Preparing the RFP documents answers accompanied with tenders.
- Handle the Technical Data related to Bank’s Self Service Equipment
- Preparing and Conducting presentations for Banking Self Service Solutions.
- Solution Preparation/Proposal based on Customers Requirements
- Acting as Opteva ATM Third Level Support for After Sales Support Team .
SCSE (Senior CS Engineer) In the Customer Service Dept.
• Responsibilities:
- Full Support Account Management for Critical Customer Accounts running on SUN
Machines (H/W, Solaris & Applications Support and Upgrades Management)
