Working as part of SAP Basis Team.
I am responsible for SAP Business Objects/Data Services Platform (Dev, Test and Production).
I am also Microsoft SQL Server DBA.
Providing support to the development team, from development to the end of project cycle (Deployment and Go Live).
I am also providing support for non-SAP systems such as ePTW (Permit To System), Impress, Captaris, IDS, ...etc.

Manage the Business Intelligence Team.

Mission: Information’s Delivery (Development and maintenance of Univers Reporting and Dashboard).
Data Integration (Development and maintenance of Jobs using BODI).
Business Process Analysis
Implementing a new Promo and product offers.
Designing a new Datamarts
Developing of complex reports with WebI, DeskI basing on Univers and Hand SQL from multiple Databases.
Generating Corporate KPIs Reports.
Administration of Business Objects Servers,
Manage security access to BO Content by creating users groups / profils and according rights.
Supporting end users in their daily activities.

I was working as pre sales engineer and I was responsible of the presentation of SAP Business Objects products to potential costumers.
