* Supports trouble-shooting activities and coordinates effectively with suppliers, contractors/consultants.
* Develops procedures relating to the procurement, mobilization and the utilization, documentation and
handling of stores, spares, tools, test equipment and mechanical aids.
* Coordinates with Landscaping Department for any issues related to landscape deficiencie
* Conduct site visits along to ensure all notable issues are observed.
* Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations.
* Order or repair any damaged kitchen equipment as well as maintain and replace spares
* Ensure safe and tidy working conditions to work on own initiative without detailed supervision .

ANMAT for Construction (DESIGN, MAINTENANCE)

* Produce drawings based on markups
* Implement standards and ensure they are being followed throughout drawing production
