-Responsible for the whole recruitment process from the ad design to the job offer meetings with selected candidates and work on developing a comprehensive manual for a holistic approach to the Talent Management process.
-Develop and apply new methods and techniques to make applicant’s experience and the screening and short listing process more efficient. (Such as amble communication with the applicants and cost effective methods to track them, also using competency based interviews and structured interviews to ensure more unbiased selection)
-Collect Performance Appraisal results and analyze them via Excel to understand the underlying meanings of the data and to present the results to top management
-Work on a Job Analysis project to update and create -if nonexistent- job descriptions for plants’ jobs
-Discover and learn about the formal and informal sources of influence and nurture them to achieve the business goals
-Start a talent inventory project with the team to ensure existence of competent personnel and develop successors for the future
-Work on culture and morale development programs within the company
Reporting solely to the General Management, Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development to ensure translating the stakeholders' interests into productive and effective workforce practices.
-Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
-Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
-Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires.
-Prepare, process and distribute payroll.
-Design and conduct new employee orientations.
-Conduct investigations, exit interviews and handling grievances of the workforce.
-Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
-Scheduling of the workforce to ensure optimum balance between meeting business goals and employees' wellbeing.
-Creating, recommending, provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
-Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
-Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
-Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
* Support the day-to-day work in the Human Resource department.
* Design the job ads for vacancies within the center and search for suitable candidates.
* Interview, select and prepare the offer for the candidates.
* Mentor and support new employees through the orientation phase.
* Prepare necessary forms and review all issues related to social insurance, health insurance and labor office.
* Preparing the contracts and renewal, probation period letters and other related documents of hiring.
* Handling all recruitment activities (both internally and externally with clients) covering advertising for posts, screening, categorizing and filing the received resumes in the database
* Interviewing candidates and preparing short-listed candidates for the next steps
* Making a diagnostic report about the client environment and workplace
* Conducting Job Analysis interviews with employees and preparing Job Description and Personal Specifications for each job
* Assessing employees’ Training Needs and preparing the Training Plan accordingly
* Designing several written systems and procedures
