• Tasked with planning and implementing processes for procurement and contracts management to become structured Category Management and Strategic Supply teams by utilizing extensive experience to identify optimal category spends, splitting the requirements into categories and streamlining the purchasing activities to strategic purchasing.
• Efficiently sourcing/selecting suppliers based on cost competitiveness, quality, on-time delivery and service/responsiveness; negotiating and managing new supply chain supplier contracts up to final authorization including building key relationships with both suppliers and business partners.
• Building a robust supplier network; making tactical negotiations while demanding economies of scale to minimize costs for required equipment, spare parts and services, while ensuring all organizational standards are met.

• Engaged for 2 years as a representative of Supply Chain Department at various OEM/Supplier Offices and Factories in North America and Europe.
• Owned the responsibility of resolving all long-pending commercial, technical, logistics, and inspection issues as well as the supervision of sub ordering and manufacturing processes for rotary and static equipment.
