• Projects management and coordination over the three food factories.
• Assisting in validating and implementing continuous improvement budget (Kaizen) over the three factories.
• Prioritizing and preparing project assessment report, based on project weight and how it will achieve company strategies.
• Initiating and managing communication with vendors/contractors, throughout the project timeline (includes: technical discussions, financial negotiations, payment releasing...Etc).
• Collecting required data and preparing project write up required for obtaining board authorization to start the project(ex: project justification, technical/commercial comparison, project payback).
• Preparing project management reports/documents (project plan, work breakdown structure, risk assessment, project time line…Etc).
• Work coordinating between contractor, consultant and suppliers.
• Participating effectively in shipments clearing process, and reimbursing of customs fees paid.
• Leading renovation project (including: collecting requirements from stakeholders, modifying layout, obtaining required governmental approvals, approaching contractors for offers, supervising the renovation work, and handing over completed zones to concerned department).
• Conducting status meetings with project stakeholders, and circulating weekly report on running projects.
• Preparing monthly presentation on running projects, reflecting compliance to base time line and Budget.
• Coaching and guiding project team through the course of the project.
• Preparing project take over report from the contractor, and snag list.
• Assisting in preparing project assets list.
• Supervising main water reservoirs hydro-testing (150K, 80K, 50K, ...m3)
• Preparing maintenance reports and required documentation for proper equipment tracking and conduct predictive maintenance/overhauling if required).
• Preparing preventive maintenance schedule for all project mechanical items (overhead cranes, pumps, surge vessels, pipe line check...etc).
• Conducting daily tool box talk to maintenance team about work hazards, and team work
• Supervise all maintenance activities
• Monitoring consumables/spares inventory, and make sure enough spares are available.
• Preparing duty Rota for technicians and supervisors of maintenance team.
• Equipment installation and inspection
• Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance
• Assists with the development and design of preventative maintenance schedules
• Assist with ordering required spare parts
