•Working with the warehouse for safety items and checking the samples with the suppliers

• Managing a team of over 38 employees on a daily basis for 4 different section in the department
• Ensuring compliance to the H&S laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure Environmental compliance of the Plant regarding emissions and waste
• Handle and close all NCRs & complains by civil defense.
• Collecting and interpreting analytical and performance data to determine HSSE KPIs.
• Managing the implementation of ISO 14001 - Environmental Management
• Weekly feedback to the Plant Leadership Team (I’m a member of the PLT)
• Presenting monthly HSSE report to top management
• Ensuring that the ACC Fire Prevention Department runs and operates smoothly.
• Evaluate and audit the HSE Standard of the Qatrana Plant in Amman, Jordan on quarterly bases.
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
