1. Prepare technical evaluation reports for prospective clients and for existing clients undertaking new projects, this includes the following: Analysis and evaluation of the client's technical and managerial capabilities, past experience, existing workload, available resources, and comments on cash flow projections, risks and mitigation. Site visits are conducted.

Prepare progress status report about projects financed by the bank, this include the following: Evaluation of the progress of each project and the general performance of the client in utilizing his resources to complete the project on time. It also includes risk identification and possible mitigation to enhance the quality of the offered banking facilities. Site visits are conducted.
