. Assisting the Shop Manager in managing the retail team

· Ensure that the team meet all sales targets·

· Handling the turning in of cash at the end of each sales associates day and ensure that all the money is accounted for in the end.

· Plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, coordinate and discipline employees, make sure the store is stocked, clean and in proper working order, create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.

· Manage the stock inventory and supervise the process and make sure to have the minimum   diffrence  in the stock .
