1. Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority Unified Outlook Signature:
Project Coordinator for Deploying unified Outlook Signature project for ADWEA group of companies (approx. 5000 user).
Project monitoring and controlling, following up between vendor and our client, lead, direct and manage resources to accomplish the project objectives on time, and with Injazat/client expectations using standard project management tools, techniques and methods.

2. Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, Data Center UPS & cooling unit installation:
Project Manager for replacing the current UPS & cooling system with a new efficient units which are capable to cater new servers and Network devices. Installation will require a service downtime which affects ADDC customer

3. Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority, Upgrade to Windows 7:
Project Manager for upgrading 1500 PC from Windows XP to Windows 7, 60% of the targeted PC’s are in remote sits in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. Timescale was too tight and resources were very limited. However Project objectives were met and on schedule.
