As an Assistant Manager - Outbound Department, my responsibilities and duties are focused on daily sales and operations, insuring the quality of our services, participate in the development of products and programs to promote to our clients, and focus on generating more business.
Travel One is a leading travel agency in Jordan and went into an expansion plan in 2014 by opening its first branch outside of Jordan in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
As Tourism Department Manager, my responsibilities and duties are focused on overseeing daily operations of the department and insuring the quality of our services, participate in the development of products and programs to promote to our clients, and focus on generating more business.
Trans Tech is a collaborate effort of its founders including myself, to establish a local company that provides consultation and implementation services for international solutions, insuring the highest standards in our operations.
My task and duties includes:
• Manage daily operations of the company.
• Manage sales and business development activities.
• Preparing proposals and negotiating deals.
• Providing Demo for Sage ACCPAC products, and providing per-sales functions for leads and prospects such as pre-analysis to determine the compatibility of Sage ACCPAC products with the client’s needs.
• Developing project plans for new projects, including needed time frame, resources, and the project phases needed for a proper implementation.
• Perform an in-depth analysis of the client business processes and requirements, including a gap analysis between the client’s needs and requirements and the suggested system to be implemented.
• Managing the team during the implementation, to insure a proper progress in the project as per the project plan
• Maintain contact with clients to insure smooth operation of solutions.
• Oversee client support operation handled by team members to insure level of service and on-time delivery of support
The Project includes implementing Sage ACCPAC financial, distribution, and payroll models, as well as PJC for First Gulf Company
The Business Solution Department focus is in consulting and implementing of ERP, CRM, and HRMS Sage ACCPAC Solutions. As a team leader for the Business Solutions. During my post I was responsible for 5 new projects, that were completed on time and as plan.
My responsibilities and duties in this position included:
• Managing the Team in terms of time and allocation to projects, as well as customer support as part of clients support contracts.
• Providing Demo for Sage ACCPAC products, and providing per-sales functions for leads and prospects such as pre-analysis to determine the compatibility of Sage ACCPAC products with the client’s needs.
• Developing project plans for new projects, including needed time frame, resources, and the project phases needed for a proper implementation.

As a travel consultant in the out-bound department my responsibilities and duties included:
• Preparing tailor made packages for individuals planning to travel outside of Jordan, which includes planning flight itinerary, booking Hotels, transfers, and tours at the program destinations.
• Presenting destination countries, cities, hotels and activities in them for the client through a live demo containing maps, pictures and country info.
• Prepare costing sheets of different options and preparing the final proposal for the client.
• Follow up with the client before, during, and after his/her trip to insure quality of services provided.
As a senior consultants i have participated in the implementation of 5 projects for Sage ACCPAC ERP, and the support of clients from a functional prospective. My responsibilities and duties in this position included:
• Analyzing prospect customer’s needs and requirements to provide a projection of the ERP and/or CRM solutions and services to be provided or developed.
• Analyzing the clients work processes and developing and recommend a process within the solution to match the requirements of the client.
• Demonstrating solutions and applications features.
• Devise an implementation plan that includes training and setting up of the models and other third-party solutions.
• Oversee the initial take-off of real operations.
• Provide support for UBA client base which includes advice and problem solving of work-related issues.
As a junior implementer my task was to gain experience and certification on Sage ACCPAC ERP. My duties and responsibilities in this position included:
• Participate in implementing Sage ACCPAC models for existing and new customer.
• Provide onsite support for UBA clients that include advice and problem solving of work-related issues.
• Oversee data entry of historical financial data in new projects.
