• Managed a team of three employees responsible for scoring new
businesses from the 3 major retail branches located in Dubai, Sharja and
Abu Dhabi.
• Was the main link between all clients and the internal brokers that were
assigned for each account
• Developed and implemented the Mashreq securities marketing plan for

• Achieved the monthly target of selecting 20 eligible candidates for
existing job opportunities and preparing them for the weekly
requirement committee
• Managed the internal e-recruiting process and locating the right
candidates for specific jobs.
• Managed the first Ruwwad program for the full six months which
included a group of 12 elite candidates from Syria chosen for
training, orientation and learning about the Arab Bank system
