1. Review and comment of design drawings, coordinate and resolve issues.
2. Chair and manage respective project meetings.
3. Co-ordinates, leads/supervises and monitors the Project Controls activities of Consultants,
Contractors and other involved parties.
4. Manage the interface for Project Controls activities to all required Departments involved in
the project (e.g. Engineering, Finance, Procurement) and to the local and international
Architect/Engineers and Construction Contractors.
5. Manage planning of staff.
6. Responsible for performance of “what-if”-analysis and preparation of corrective action
regarding the scheduled program when required.
7. Incorporates the changes to the scope and schedule and to the reporting.
8. Provides input to the project reports including Project Monthly Reports, Quarterly Report and
the Project Completion Report.
9. Execution of Project Controls, Programme and Risk Management Process.
10. To support in the preparation of Company fee proposals
11. Assist in setting and monitoring against business targets.
12. To monitor time allocations / utilizations against fee proposals and provide reports to
management weekly or monthly, as directed.
13. Continuously monitor the practicability and the benefit of the Project Controls process and
tools and suggest improvements
14. Ensures that the Project Controls Process is carried out in accordance with the Client
Procedures \[Project Controls\] and the Project related Project Management Plan.
15. Implements project controls procedures and systems, project controls training and (kick-off)
workshops for project management team and/ or contractor.
16. Establishes and maintains WBS (Work breakdown Structure), project master schedule
17. Implements schedule and progress control.
18. Understanding and comprehension of local and statutory building codes.
19. Ensure that the Contractors’ Project Controls Systems are capable of meeting Client
requirements as outlined in the Job Specifications and Execution Procedures and ensure
that schedule control techniques and tools are adequately and properly implemented
1. Prepare concept façade design to Architects with solutions. This will open the door to get
involved in projects on an early phase which will secure and increase chances of getting new
projects.
2. Getting involved in estimation process especially into the last phase of tendering, quoting and
re-quoting.
3. Managing all aspects of the project starting from technical support with architects before signing
the contract and negotiate prices with client and their representatives until signing the contract.
After this the standard procedure of any project start from preparing submittal and shop
drawings until we get approval then we order the material and we start the fabrication and
installation process by coordination with all internal department of our company along with main
contractor, architect and client.
4. On daily basis I would manager production and site department, while on a weekly basis I would
manage the estimation department, Accounting, HR and all other related administration work.
5. Technically I would get involved direct to avoid any future matters.
6. Coordinating with all local and overseas suppliers such as Glass, aluminium and stainless steel
suppliers.
7. Planning is prepared annually, quarterly and monthly as well as weekly. This will focus basically
on sales in hand, target sales, production in Hand and target production.
8. Quality was controlled by a QC manager and would report to me direct in case of any issues.
9. Attend selective weekly meetings for major projects to make sure everything is on the right
track.
10. Money collection, I will get involve and follow up closely to make sure overdue amounts does
not accumulate.
1. Coordinate with Project Director to manage the project to meet the client’s objectives and
expectations
2. Provide technical direction and guidance to architects and engineers on façade issues. Prepare
cost estimate costs to remedy building deficiencies.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions
5. Coordinate the Manufacturing process between all involved branches such as Glass Department,
Joinery/Pressing branch, Cladding Branch and Dispatch department To ensure the Delivery of all
component to Site on time.
6. I have worked in Special projects in Sydney and Brisbane. Specialized Projects Usually are very
complicated projects which require unique design and different Extrusion System. I was chosen to
work in a project called ECOSCIENCE House which was sponsored by the Government of QLD.
1. Manage projects execution of Aluminum Curtain Walls, Skylights, Aluminum Composite Panels,
Doors and Windows.
2. Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the contract.
3. Liaise effectively with other internal departments, clients and consultants.
4. Control cash flow, and arrange to get payment on time.
5. Foresee and control risks of project.
