1. Review and comment of design drawings, coordinate and resolve issues.

1. Prepare concept façade design to Architects with solutions. This will open the door to get
involved in projects on an early phase which will secure and increase chances of getting new
projects.
2. Getting involved in estimation process especially into the last phase of tendering, quoting and
re-quoting.
3. Managing all aspects of the project starting from technical support with architects before signing
the contract and negotiate prices with client and their representatives until signing the contract.
After this the standard procedure of any project start from preparing submittal and shop
drawings until we get approval then we order the material and we start the fabrication and
installation process by coordination with all internal department of our company along with main
contractor, architect and client.
4. On daily basis I would manager production and site department, while on a weekly basis I would
manage the estimation department, Accounting, HR and all other related administration work.
5. Technically I would get involved direct to avoid any future matters.
6. Coordinating with all local and overseas suppliers such as Glass, aluminium and stainless steel
suppliers.
7. Planning is prepared annually, quarterly and monthly as well as weekly. This will focus basically
on sales in hand, target sales, production in Hand and target production.
8. Quality was controlled by a QC manager and would report to me direct in case of any issues.
9. Attend selective weekly meetings for major projects to make sure everything is on the right
track.
10. Money collection, I will get involve and follow up closely to make sure overdue amounts does
not accumulate.
