My duties as Contractor’s Project Manager was to lead the team of engineers and other technical & non technical staff in the construction of the project. Attended the progress & technical meetings. Liaison with the Client and the Consultants. Follow-up the technical matters, shop drawings and work schedules to meet the project contractual requirements of quality of work and time of completion and prepare the variation orders, time claims etc.

During that period I was project manager for the following projects:
A- The project is a Governmental housing project area about 113500 Sqm consistes of 113 building each 24 flats on 6 floors and are 600Sqm and other Faclities buildings, roads and landscape.the total budget of the project is 215, 000, 000.000 LE.
B- Commercial and administrative and housing tower in Madi neighborhood, Cairo of 38 floors with built up area of about 22600 Sqm the building consist of two underground cars parking area 2400 Sqm, the first three floors are shopping mall with built up area 2700 Sqm, four floors administrative offices with built up area 2000 Sqm and 31 floors of housing flats with built area 15500 Sqm.Value is EGP 23, 000, 000.000.

- My dutis as resident engineer was Construction management and supervision of the construction on site. Leading a team of supervision engineers of various disciplines, civil, mechanical, electrical, etc. in the execution of the project. Liaison with Client, design office and governmental agencies. Dealing with contractual and FEDIC contractual issues, advising and giving recommendations to the Client in respect of changes, payments, Contractor claims and carryout the project closeout procedures etc.
During that period I was Resident Engineer for the following projects:
A- Construction, Implementation and Maintenance of Point Five Restaurant Building at Water Front Phase V-Phase II. Project value is KD 3, 000, 000.000 Owner is Sultan - Aljazeera Co.
B- FACILITY MANAGEMENT OFFICE COMPLEX FOR THE NEW UNIVERSITY CITY AT KUWAIT UNIVERSITY, AL-SHADADIYA.Value is KD 7, 997, 000.000 Total area of the project is 96300 m2.
C- Box Hill College, Kuwait .Value is KD 5, 050, 000.000 Total area of the project is 50000 m2.Total built up area is 11000 m2.
D- Shamiya Tower, Kuwait City. The project is an Office Building, 26 storey complexes, with all modern facilities.Project value is KD 4, 000, 000.000.

- My duties as Company Construction Executive Manager was to Leading the Company team work (the Project Managers & Technical Office Manager, follow-up the work progress at site through regular and sudden site inspection visits. Follow up the technical office team to meet the projects requirements of workshop drawings and work schedules. Receive Project Managers’ progress reports, analyze them and compare with the Client approved work schedule. Hold weekly and monthly meetings with each Project Manager to solve any problems that may affect project progress, preparing the time and cost claims and. Attend meetings with both clients and Consultants of the projects to discuss any conflicts or problems and receiving their notes and comments, Study and revise all the Company contracts with the clients, the subcontractors as per FEDIC and adjust them to meet the company targets as per company policies and strategies.
During my work I managed 16 projects for governmental public projects for the company in deferent stages of construction with approxmate value of SR 680, 000, 000.000. Whish I listed in Brief herewith:

During this period I constructed the following projects:
A- Major renovation & maintenance of ten schools at the eastern sector of Alexandria.Owner was the Egyptian ministry of education.
B- Commercial & Housing Building, Owner was Dr. Mohammed Al-Kateb, Paul Kelly, Alexandria.
C- Luxury Villa, Owner was Dr Mohammed Al-Kateb, King Maryot, Alexandria.

During my work with Lotus Construction Company I managed various projects of a value about LE 260, 000, 000. as followig:
A- King Maryot Compound for 38 Luxury Villas and recreational building (The Club House).Value EGP 170, 650, 400.
B- First Vodaphone Showroom, Alexandria value EGP 3, 000, 000.
C- Stock Exchange Building in Alexandria. Value: EGP10, 000, 000.
D- The Jungle & International Garden in Alexandria.Value: EGP 35, 500, 000.
E- Celebration Hall Building in Alexandria International Garden. Value: EGP 20, 900, 000.

My duties as Project Manager / Senior Architect was to Leading the Company team to obtain the Client requirements, make the proposals, get final proposal approved by Client, developing the design, making the work shop drawing, prepare the tender documents. Choose the supervision team and follow up the supervision of the projects.
During my work with the Egyptian House for Architecture & Planning I designed and supervised Various types contain commercial, Housing, recreational and governmental projects.

My duties as Construction Executive Manager was Leading the Company team work (the Project Managers & Technical Office Manager) to insure the progress as per schedule and the quality is up to the highiest standerds and specifications as per contract, reviewing the company contracts and approve it. . Liaison with the Client and the Consultants. Follow-up the technical matters, shop drawings and work schedules to meet the project contractual requirements of quality of work and time of completion and prepare the variation orders, time claims etc.
-During my work with Alexandria Construction Co(Talat Mostafa)Egypt I managed and construct a major part of the Al-Rehab City Zone B -1, twelve Groups of housing buildings each containing about 15 buildings with an area of 600 m2 for each building level and consisted of ground floor and five levels.

- My duties as Area Construction Executive Manager was Leading the Company team work (the Project Managers & Technical Office Manager) to insure the progress as per schedule and the quality is up to the highiest standerds and specifications as per contract, reviewing the company contracts and approve it. . Liaison with the Client and the Consultants. Follow-up the technical matters, shop drawings and work schedules to meet the project contractual requirements of quality of work and time of completion and prepare the variation orders, time claims etc.
- During my work as Area Construction Executive Manager with Rezayat Co. Ltd I Executed I executed
The following projects:
A- Extension of Don Factory in Al-Khobar City. Value SR 13, 400, 000.
B- Various types of projects at Dahran, Ras Altanora and Tanajeeb.
C- Administration buildings: Major renovations for 4 buildings.
D- Housing projects varied from partial to major renovation or newly constructed units. Each project consisted of 20 to 60 villas. No. of projects 12.
E- Multi-purpose hall in Dahran complex of schools. Renovation to industrial buildings. Number of projects 9.

- My duties as project manager was As Contractor’s Project Manager, led the team of engineers and other technical & non technical staff in the construction of the project. Attended the technical & progress meetings. Liaison with the Client and the Consultants. Follow-up the technical matters, shop drawings and work schedules to meet the project contract requirements and monitoring and controlling the quality and cost of the project to be within the budget.
During my work I executed the following projects with value of about SR 50, 000, 000.:
A- Major renovation of the Al-Khobar Municipality. Works included internal and external to the building and garden around the building.Value: SR 18, 750, 000.
B- Major renovation and development of GM Car Showroom in Riyadh City.Value: SR 8, 680, 000.
C- Construction of the new Abdullatif Ali Alissa Est. Showrooms in Riyadh City and Jubail City

D- Design Development of Headquarters Building for Abdullatif Ali Alissa Est in El-Khobar City.
E- Design of Abdullatif Ali Est. Commercial, Administration & Housing Building in the Industrial Area of Riyadh City.

My duties as a site engineer was to be in charge for all the site works and QA/QC works at the site.
