* Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervising the project team to safely deliver on time, to stated quality, at minimum cost and to
client satisfaction.
Assisting in establishing key relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.
Providing support in developing the client brief, delivery strategy and assisting the design manage-
ment, procurement, and execution of the scheme.
Acting as the link between the client and other key stakeholders.
Assisting with project goals, objectives, project management guidelines, project standards, project
scope, quality management, project budget, reporting and documentation.
Reviewing and monitoring progress against milestones.
Reviewing Site’s purchase requests & Third-party invoices.
Receiving the quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and making sure the quotations comply
with the project specs.
Ensuring that all Subcontractors & Suppliers contract documentation, prior to signature is in line
with all previously agreed tender negotiations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while
recommending further courses of action.
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, and the company’s actual performance compared
to the business plans.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework
for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future
paths to be taken.
Prepare financial statements periodically and subsequently highlighting any variances to senior
management
Manage employee expense claims and client billings
Serve as the main point of contact for client relationships for the procurement and finance teams
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure that financial reporting is in compliance with
regulations
Reconcile credit card, bank, and any intercompany transactions in a timely manner
