Manage and supervise all affairs of Head office at Karachi including but not limited to:
· Examine and analyze journal and ledger entries, bank statements, expenditures, tax returns and other accounting and financial records, documents and systems of company to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards, procedures and internal controls
· Examine accounting records and prepare financial statements and reports
· Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized book keeping systems
· Post journal entries and reconcile accounts and bank statements, prepare trial balance, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
· Manage and supervise recoveries from customers and brokers
· Manage and supervise imports, exports, custom clearance, if there any
· Preparation of Budgets, Cash flows, Forecast and make budget variance analysis.
· Responsible for preparing and or reviewing financial statements and accounts in accordance with the applicable Tax Laws.
. Responsible for management of Finance Lease.
· Responsible for Tax accounting and planning
· Examine financial accounts, records and prepare income tax returns, Sales tax returns, annual/monthly tax statements, wealth statements of Company and Directors.
· Complete and submit tax returns/statements of company, directors and employees; and other government statutory
· Manage direct and indirect tax audits and litigation
· Manage corporate tax, sales tax and tax refund claims
· Represent company before FBR authorities and auditors
· Monitor and implement any legislative & regulatory changes in Tax laws/provisions and determine the impact on Company Business
· Manage Companies Secretarial requirements including preparations and filing of Corporate Law Authority (CLA/SECP) documents
· Dealing with companies bankers and handling of all banking matters on day to day basis
· Liaising and coordination with Mill and with other office at Lahore in respect of day-to-day transactions
· Reports to Directors and G.M. Finance
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax and Wealth Tax Statements/Returns of Companies and Individuals on behalf of clients.
• Provide taxation consultancy services and advice in respect of taxation matters, issues and problems.
• Make compliance in respect of statutory notices issued from the taxation department on behalf of client.
• Appear before the Income Tax authorities on behalf of clients for hearing and assessments.

• Worked as registered trainee auditor under the Chartered Accountants bye-laws, 1983 from junior level Auditor to Audit Supervisor form December 1994 to December 1999. Thereafter appointed as Assistant Audit Manager and worked upto May 1999.
• During the tenure, conducted Audits as External Auditor of various small and medium size companies and organizations engaged in the business of Exports, Imports, Trading, Manufacturing Concerns and Service providers
