• Analyze the impact of new initiatives or projects.
• Applications expert on the company's ERP System Dynamics NAV: developing, broad and deep knowledge of the system, its functions and its capabilities (Finance Module, Sales & Marketing Module, Warehouse Module …. etc.)
• Analyze, design and maintain customizations in the ERP & ECM systems to meet business and user needs
• Help identify innovation solutions to business challenges relating to ERP system.
• Processes Re-engineering for some processes like (Whole & Retail Sales process, Service & Repair Process)
• Document and provide trainings for new projects whilst ensuring all users adopt to these projects in conformity with the predefined business standards
• Conduct internal training sessions for new/existing ERP, ECM and POS users. Promote systems awareness and proper and correct utilization of the systems amongst different user groups
• Implement and achieve control and scrutiny on all supply chain and inventory related operations in ERP system, including but not limited to, inventory purchases, inventory transfers to multiple locations, inventory adjustments, wholesale orders, etc…
• Put corrective measures in place in case any issues or bugs arise
• Ensure services and products are of the highest professional quality
• Maintain an awareness of current information systems trends and issues in ERP systems through literature review, contact with partner and with peers at other organizations
• Performing functional, performance testing on the ERP app modules
• Monitor and answer the user requests and support
• Applying systems and version upgrades along with all relevant Gap analysis tasks, training and testing plans.
• Suggest new update and gathering user requirement on ERP system to ease the system use and train user on new installed systems
• Import and manage Inventory items as received from trading partners. Ensure accuracy and integrity in the imported catalogue data as needed in order to support Supply Chain Operations, and install the serialized barcoding system.
