• Managed cost control for 20 projects with a combined annual turnover exceeding SAR 1.5 billion.

• Plan, manage, and supervise MEP construction activities.
• Ensure that all construction activities in the Station, Tunnels and Cross Passages are carried out in accordance
with the approved Processes and Procedures.
• Determine construction means and methods and the most cost-effective plans and schedules.
• Ensure the implementation of the Health, Safety and Quality Policies.
• Responsible for work preparation, method statements, Inspection & Test plans and procurement of materials
and subcontracts such that these are in place and not to affect the progress of the Works.
• Ensure that Method Statements, Risk Assessments, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), lessons learned are
communicated to all relevant operatives.
• Conduct a daily site inspection in order to oversee construction work as it progresses; verify that proper
materials are used and that all other conditions are in conformance with the contract and specifications.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and LPG in
accordance with tender documents and specifications.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender requirements to identify scope, risks, and exclusions.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate pricing.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of vendor quotations.
• Prepare preliminary mechanical designs and single-line diagrams to support estimating activities.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to enhance cost competitiveness.
• Support tender clarifications, addenda reviews, and pre-bid / post-bid meetings.
• Maintain estimating databases, historical cost data, and lessons learned.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and responding to client/consultant queries. If you are applying a

• Prepare hydraulic calculations for pumps, air handling units, and fans.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure project schedules.
• Ensure the use of approved drawings, method statements, and materials.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient work execution and resource utilization.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and quality, and report deviations to management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project procedures.
• Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Verify materials delivered to site against approved submittals and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with engineering and design teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including manpower and equipment status.
• Support quantity take-offs, measurement of works, and verification of subcontractor activities.
• Assist in coordination with client/consultant representatives during inspections and site visits.
