Planning and procuring stock transfers in the system (Oracle) from regions to other domestice regions for Divisions like FBD, RB and to update the sales team customer services department about the planning and STR, monitoring the sales movement by SKU & Manage the Warehouse stock from 21 days to 30 days and also maintaining a stock report sent from ware house
(Inbound Planner)
• Making Booking plan to receive the shipments as per the service level agreement,
• Creating the Purchase Order in the system (Oracle),
• Managing internal transfers within warehouses to achieve higher availability,
• Managing documentation to forward Finance for land cost calculation,
• Arranging SKU codes creation for Product Master Data,
• Making inbound tracker report and sharing with management on daily base,
• Making goods in transit report and sharing with management on daily base,
• Sharing pre-alert with the warehouse team for upcoming shipments,
• Ensure inventory stock cover days are maintained as per the agreed KPI, and
• Regular contacts with clearance department and finance to confirm the orders and following up shipments.
Generating various sales analysis reports from Oracle Sales Analyzer (OSA) for CPD & RB Divisions,
• Tracking of financial credit notes, taking approval from supplier and submitting to Finance department,
• Tracking of all employee expenses claims and submitting to Finance department for processing, and
• Maintaining petty cash with reconciliation.
Monitor day to day sales orders, Returns and Purchase order receipts,
• Worked with all the oracle modules like Order management, Inventory, Purchase order and internal transfers,
• Responsible for clearing day to day inbound and outbound operations, Huge volume of Sales order were cleared by the Hand Held machines to pick and ship by warehouse management system, monitoring and assigning the task to the various pickers and storekeepers to finish the work in time,
• Various reports were maintained to check for the pending and day to day transactions, sales, delivery shipment and stock receiving report periodically as required also working with ORACLE 12i / WMS environment handling the R F (functionalities) & also carrying forward the implementation plan their capabilities, impacts on the business so on.

• Making ticketing entry in Oracle, reports for Finance dept.
