Direct and guide the team to achieve the Project objectives
Anticipating, initiating and resolving project management issues.
Prepare detailed planning package
Estimate the future demand of row material, tools, manpower and equipment
Interrogating and developing programme level schedules / plans and day-to-day
management
Calculating the productivities of the labors for the different trades
Prepare the backups plans for the projects
Prepare Project Control System to measure the project progress and prepare the
EVM indices to identify the project schedule and cost status
Review & analyze subcontractors' progress information while ensuring that their
systems & procedures are effective
Preparing the initial budgets based on the estimates
Risk assessments to identify and mitigate cost/schedule risks
Prepare the estimate to complete & the estimate at completion budget reports
Provide strategic commercial and contractual support to all aspects of the Global
Major Projects (GMP) portfolios
Ensure the preparation, timely submission and forensic review of Monthly Contract
Review reports for all GMP’s
Work with the Operations Teams to immediately mitigate and recover any negative
monthly movement
Provide contractual and commercial input and oversight on all GMP bids, tenders
and cost estimates at a strategic level
Claims (preparation, negotiation and reimbursement)
Liaise with Client Team Senior Commercial Management to facilitate timely
issuance and payment certificates month-on-month
Strategic planning and Managing the implementations of Business Scorecards
within the Organization
Recommend the annual budget to the Board & manages resources within guidelines
and in compliance with current laws, regulations & Board policies
Analyzing the cost variance and recommending corrective actions/ possible cost
savings as applicable to ensure correctness and accuracy of cost allocation
Prepare delay analysis and forecasted impact for the project with recommended
action.

Equipment and Labor Supplement reports using Primavera 6 software programs.
Controlling and tracking projects among these reports as to determine profit and
overhead
Preparing the initial budgets based on the estimates & departmental budget along
with cost center distribution, and Comparing all actual costs against approved
budget

Forecast expenditure and managed the Project Engineering Cost Control and
