I am currently managing Core Tax implementation project for Federal Tax Authority of Dubai. Prior to that I had managed Tax implementation project in General Tax Authority of Qatar. Both the projects are on HANA 4 SAP.
I was PMO Manager for VAT PMO of PwC KSA and also the Project Manager of VAT Assessment and Implementation projects for some large clients.
I managed successfully Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) for managing their flagship project for Smart City.
PwC is providing project management consultancy to NRDA to manage their project under stringent timelines. The project consist of setting up a world class Integrated Command & Control Center that has multiple service streams like Utility Management (Water & Electrical SCADA and Intelligent Building Management System), Intelligent Transport Management, Citizen Services, Surveillance and Network.

I also led project management consultancy to manage ICT projects for Jabalpur Smart City Limited (JSCL) as Project Manager. There are multiple ICT projects that JSCL has started working on like Smart Pole, Solid Waste Management monitoring & Controlling, Integrated Command & Control Center, Intelligent Transport Management, Smart School, Smart Tourism and Smart Merchandise.

• Responsible for managing project throughout its entire life cycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, post implementation review and project close out / handover.
• Stakeholder management between IBM, client and 3rd parties.
