Job Overview: KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
➢ Proper utilization of equipment.
➢ Labour compliance on PPE requirement at docks.
➢ Verification of product at the time of receiving / shipment.

➢ Accurate pallet building as per stacking pattern.
➢ Accurate checking of receiving and dispatching of product.
➢ Accurate investigation customer complaints.
➢ Ensure stock accuracy all the time.
➢ Ensure safety and security of man and materials in warehouse.
➢ Maintain housekeeping of racking and isle completely.
➢ Timely reporting of injuries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Manage contractual labour and warehousemen.
➢ Monitor and improve facility Safety / Security / Environmental / Quality standards through SOPs and inspections.
➢ Maintain appropriate appearance/cleanliness in all locations (GMP compliance)
➢ Ensures operations are conducted as per the Standard Operation Procedure SOP's.
➢ Identify training needs for all warehousemen and arrange trainings.
➢ Ensure proper hygiene and sanitization in warehouse.
➢ Observe HSE policies / procedure
➢ Co-operate with management, making sure you get proper training and you understand and follow the company's QHSSE policies
➢ To report any injuries, strains or illnesses you suffer as a result of doing your job
➢ Co-operate accident investigation process
➢ Maintain the utilization of the warehouse locations at optimum levels
➢ Guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
