Devise long term and annual plans for improvement of supply chain of horticulture products at both pre and post harvest levels.
Supervise implementation of annual activity plan focusing quality management of horticultural products at farm level

Generate periodical progress and technical reports for performance evaluation of the Company by BOD and MOC
Review all completed and incomplete projects of PHDEC and make recommendations for improvements
Developed quality standards and protocols of citrus pre & post harvest handling, export management and distributing information through brochures, pamphlets and articles in monthly HortiMag (In House Publication)
Conducted/organized periodical meetings, short trainings, seminars and awareness campaigns/programs for all citrus stakeholders and promoted FSMS e.g. Global GAP, GMPs, BRC, IFS, HACCP, ISO 9001:2000, 22000:2005 and organic citrus production
Managed introducing & implementation of modern interventions, research and technology for combating problems associated with citrus production and processing
Developed citrus growers cluster established field demonstration plots and conducted periodical outreach trainings
