• Sep 2009 - Nov 2009: successfully restructured a well-known IT company in Jordan & developed job profiles for all key positions, in addition to providing change management recommendations.

I have had the opportunity to teach Miss Nassar two courses: Systems Analysis and Design and Requirements Analysis and Specification. During this period, Miss Nassar proved herself to be an able and knowledgeable student. I regard Miss Nassar to be one of the top 3% amongst her colleagues in the courses I taught her. Miss Nassar’s graduation project was one of the most distinguished projects during the academic year 2003-2004. The project was well related to real life problems and the effort was well rounded and comprehensive. Miss Nassar has an excellent analytical mind and exceptional in reading and writing in English. Miss Nassar is able to work individually or within a group and to contribute successfully towards reaching the goals of the group. She is a dedicated and diligent worker, her fact finding is accurate and her research is always up to the expectations. Overall, Miss Nassar is a very conscientious and able human being. I certainly believe the she has what it takes to make a very good addition for work. I strongly recommend her to be taken on board as an effective member of your staff.
