 Develop quality standards and protocols of citrus management, quality production and export
 Develop technical brochures, pamphlets and articles for monthly “HortiMag” (In House Publication) for capacity building of growers, processors and exporters
 Develop and implement capacity building programs for stakeholders in the horticulture industry
 Work in close coordination with stakeholders in horticulture industry for compliance of international SPS compliances for increased acceptance of products in the international markets
 Identify and conceptualize problems of the horticulture industry and develop improvement plans for submission to the government or international donor agencies for funding
 Develop and continuously update data base regarding horticultural production and also prepare analytical reports
 Develop, maintain and nurture working relationships amongst all stakeholders in the horticulture supply chain
 Facilitate national, international delegates, visitors, officials, importers and investors for the promotion of horticultural products and export
 Generate periodical progress and technical reports for performance evaluation of the Company by BOD and MOC
 Review all completed and incomplete projects of PHDEC and make recommendations for improvements
