- Provide the quality SAITP of contractor, the field surveillances are being done
- Review and approve the contractor’s project execution plan for the construction stage
- Review and approve the supervision consultant’s procedures to monitor and review progress of daily construction work and to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other applicable regulations
- Monitor the supervision consultant to ensure that routine project site inspections are undertaken
- Monitor actions by the contractor to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site including overall project risk management action
- Monitor implementation of procedures by supervision team to
- Ensure safety and wellbeing of team members on site and compliance with HSE policy
- Prepare the QC request for inspection and attach relevant supporting documents
- Coordinate personnel requirements with regards to other department/ sections
- Check the drawing deviation in relation to work control records.
- Make recommendation on the need to notify or introduce additional quality document system
