In charge of the intermediary act between operations and upper management of multiple facilities. I am responsible to ensure optimal condition of operations of assigned facilities. Responsibilities included, Operation management, Contract management, Project management, Risk management, Client engagement, and service support. Implementing all soft and hard FM services, such as safety policies, overseeing services such as security, maintenance, housekeeping, handling emergency operations, and organizing events while ensuring legislation compliance.
Responsible for all new equipment installation and its recommended spare parts availability and the required Semi-finished goods- Raw materials supply/replenishment to run the production line and assuring manufacturer recommendation towards maintenance of the equipment at Pfizer KAEC site. Responsible for all technical transfer activities from start to finish. Manages and co- ordinates activities of direct and indirect processes for service providers, implementing new projects and installation of heavy equipment, production line machinery and its spare parts, assuring all installation to be complying with facility management standards and remain safe. Key responsibilities included project/delivery management, client Engagement and Customer Relationship Management; Follow through, and establish/monitor supplier Service Agreements for aspects related to new projects of equipment installation. Ensure Raw materials and equipment spare parts availability within an adequate time according to production sequence and plant availability.
Designed a delivery kit for PETERBILT truck company-2015 (Senior design project) The project aimed at improving their efficiency of service by ensuring all necessary parts and tools were present and available at the assembly line. The PETERBILT manufacturing facility in Denton TX is responsible for assembling the PETERBILT Class 8 trucks. The facility is divided into individual lines where specific tasks are performed. Over 1000 parts in the area were compiled into about approximately 400 subassemblies. Designing a universal delivery system that will be able to handle this variety represented the greatest challenge of the task.

I was working as an operation & maintenance coordinator. Authenticating technical shift reports and assuring all assets life cycle is maintained to meet with all delivery management processes of the organization. Daily operations encompass the Implementations/monitoring of all planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and maintenance activities to fall within
specified schedules and targets, following up with contractors to implement across the whole plant buildings.
