The last five years in my capacity as Projects Sales Manager I had managed to achieve a target of 150 million Saudi Riyal during those last years which was regarded as a great achievement in my post.
- Provided furnishing solution through a project studied plan and implementation stages. It enabled me to deliver a contract plan with the employer effectively.
- Quantity surveying for the projects and estimation of project cost to deliver our offered price.
- Followed up the delivery of contracted products from the suppliers and factories.
- Provided the labour and technicians required for each project and supervised them till the implementation stage.
- Appointed sub-contractors to implement part of the project.
- Followed up the initial and final stage of project hand over.
- Handled after-sales or after project hand over service to fulfil all client requirements.
- Supervised the financial part of each project in addition to dues collection.
