Meanwhile, I have complete RERA Certification and gathered process by work as Real Estate Consultant to visit Govt. departments, developers and attend Real Estates meetings.

Consultation began with staff to evaluate gaps and requirements to define objectives, prepare recommendations and delivered reformed IT Infrastructure, concise business plans, staff coaching, templates for stakeholder reports, redesign of sales administration and logistic services.
• Management of technical support, IT infrastructure and projects for 9 operational business across 14 locations.
• Acquisition and execute Microsoft Dynamic Axapta, Micro-Fidelio, Sabre and other applications work plans and revised as appropriate to meet with required changes and requirements.
• Continue motivation of IT team for management of network security, technical support and routine backup..
• Management of IT improvement processes and routine activities including meeting objectives, performance targets and managing budgets and ensuring a quality, best value service is delivered.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business achievements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance to meet technology proficiency goals by researched, recommended hardware, software and related resources.
• Attend board meetings with other managers, Chief Officers and directors, representing the IT function and ensuring IT involvement in new initiatives, developments and changes.
• Determine the frequency and content of regular status reports from the technical team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Negotiating and approvals of vendors and service partners as per work and delivery timelines.
• Supervise Business-2-Business portal server-side gateway integration with ERP application.

• Perform pre installation of Farabi, Eicon, Praim and Forvus products in Farabi product test LAB.
• A member of Farabi (Canada) Quality Assurance team for pre-release HostFront software testing.
• Visit to the client locations for upgrade and new installation of software solutions.
• Responsible of IT infrastructure for installation, technical support, upgrades and regular backup.
• Approach to Soho and SMB customers for Microsoft and others products solutions and technical support

I have completed my qualification as Bachelor in Commerce, Diploma in Computer science, Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate. After that I have continue some Training like PMP, ITIL....
