• Managing mid to senior management recruitment focusing on Retail, Real Estate & Property Development, Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy & various other sectors across Middle East and Levant.
• Work on retained and contingent assignments and sourced candidates through various channels like networking, head hunting, referrals, and web portals.
• Interact with HR managers and hiring managers to develop a good understanding of the job role and finer aspects of the requirement.
• Initial screening, interviewing and reference check of candidates.
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates.
• Maintain and nurture existing relationships & proactively seek account revival opportunities to offer retain search projects to existing client base.
I was currently working in partnership with the Al-Futtaim Motors brands Toyota, Lexus and HINO. I was responsible for leading the recruitment process for these brands through providing a consultative approach to recruitment planning, strategies and vacancy management. I was managing the end to end sourcing solutions (attract, source, select and integrate) through understanding the business needs and growth plans and continuously developing the recruitment methods used to attract the best talent.
Responsible for handling all recruitment for Align and its clients from screening, interviewing, assessing and evaluating candidates’ skills, capabilities and personalities as well as conducting reference checks when required. Managed the day-to-day delivery of effective and efficient consulting and recruitment services for international, multinational and local companies of various industries.
