Coordinating and communicating with clients and sub contractors for manpower requirements and recruitment updates. Finding and reviewing applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Conducting initial interview (in-person or
forward them to Client for possible interview. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process • Prepare and process new hire paperwork ensuring proper documentation as required are met. This includes worker’s contract, Job Orders, Demand Letters, arranging Ajeer documents required for the workers. Arranging travel booking request for incoming and outgoing manpower personals for land and Air travel. Arranging Hotel and private limousine as per requirements. Negotiating added value services and fees with Travel management companies. Responsible for issuing travel order, receiving tickets, hotel bookings etc. Verifying travel expenses as submitted by staff and verifying invoice from Travel agents.
Sales & Marketing- Eastern Province KSA
Morning Hours:-
Directed all Sales and marketing activities within assigned territory, Increased 6th freedom traffic beyond hub (Amman, Jordan) from Eastern province.
Planned and executed monthly visits to agents, schools and potential corporate customers.
Planning, Negotiation & Signing of Travel Agency Incentive Programs & corporate discounts.
Prepared e-flyers and all promotions via email to agents and frequent traveler customers via available database.
Processed new activation and reactivation of CIP for travel agencies.
Extracted the flown revenue for PLB agents and updating agents on monthly basis.
Afternoon Hours:-
Reviewing, of Agency Debit Notes proposal received from Audit Department. Assisting Audit department to rectify ADM based on fare calculation rules.
Making Phone Calls and/or visiting Travel agent to guide them how to avoid future ADMs.
Making reservations and issuing tickets in over crowded situation at ticket counter.
Searched and generated sales lead and active follow up with new customers till closing of sales lead.
Delivered revenue as per assigned targets for travel agents or corporates to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Conducted product presentations at distribution agent's outlets as well as representing at different exhibitions, seminars etc.
Sold Medical and Lufthansa's private jet to potential corporate/customers. Sold two private jets booking to VIP.
