Organization Data: Configuring and assigning of various Organizational elements, which include Client, Company code, Plant, Storage Location, Purchase Organization.
Material Master: Creation of Material Master, Material Types, Material Groups, Purchasing Groups. Configuring Number Ranges and Material Master Views.
Vendor Master: Vendor Account groups, Defining and Assigning of Number Ranges for various Account groups, and creation/change of Vendor Master.
Purchasing Masters: Defining Number ranges and Screen Layout for Purchasing Info Record, Maintaining Source List Requirement at Plant level and Defining Quota Arrangement usage for various procurement documents.
Purchasing: Creation of Purchase Requisition, Creation of purchasing documents like RFQ, Purchase orders Administration. Creation of Outline agreements viz. contracts and Scheduling Agreement.
Special Procurement Types: Subcontracting and Stock Transport order.
Inventory Management: Creation of goods receipts, goods issue and transfer postings, Good Knowledge in intra and Inter company stock transfers.
On steering initiatives towards achievement of organizational goals with responsibilities to quality of the product and process capabilities. Delivering best possible services regarding quality to all customers. Recognizing their challenges/issues & giving solution for same with support of all departments of organization.
Meetings with new & existing customers in house as well as at customer end for new or existing product quality terminology. I brief them about the present quality & new developments in order to enhance business.
To establish an assembly line to reduce cost of inspection, zero defect
analysis with the help of fixtures and gauges, training to inspectors.

To establish an assembly line with taking care of all packing standards from
Customer and to reduce packing time cycle, increase efficiency of work and
to make sure that no defect will be sent to customer, also, to provide the
Platform through which the customer will be satisfied with Quality of the
Product.
