Responsibilities: • Working as a Relationship Head, handling team of Business Partners, Business Development Manager, Agency Manager and High Producers Advisor.
• Handling a support staff consists of Branch Operation Executive, Accounts Admin. Executive, Recruitment Training Coordinator and Front Office Executive.
• Mentoring and counseling Branch Manager for enhancing key fundamental parameters i.e. Activisation and Licensing.
• Responsible for creating second rung of producers in the Branch.
• Mentoring and guiding team of BDM and new AM's with a focus on Sales Progression by stressing on the basic mantra of Insurance i.e. Recruitment & Activisation.
• Creating Training modules for new as well as existing for product updates, new product launch for enhancing productivity.

Projects Execution
Worked on a project along-with the consultants team of Mckinsey Consultany name 'Project Breakthrough'

Highlights of the Projects: * Branch Rhythm by conducting Morning Meetings, Unit Meetings, Performance Dialogue among entire Front Sales hierarchy on a weekly and monthly basis in a systematic structure.
* Segmentation of advisor based on performance for focused training and productivity enhancement modules.
* Learning by of Advisor development and FLS productivity enhancement.
* Institulisation of best sales practices followed across branches Pan India.

The 4 quadrants of Recruitment, Business, Advisor Development and Self Learning to be fine-tuned as a process to enable sustainable growth.
This particular piloted in 10 branches, which further got replicated in 200, branches spread across Pan India.

Process Excellence for Agency Manager Effectiveness and Advisor Productivity using six sigma processes initiated by Aditya Birla Group across all business lines ranging from manufacturing, infrastructure, textile, paper, Insurance and Financial Services. Parameters to measure Effectiveness were Licensed Advisor, Activity Management, % Activisation, NAAC, Industry Milestones and Recruitment Effectiveness. The objectives of this project to create the World Class Environment on all parameter right from Sales, Training, Back Office and Office Environment.


✓ Experienced and achieved the Top 3 branch on AP and Applications pan India status.
✓ Ensured one of the best-case size and case rate in BSLI Mumbai Metro region.
✓ Developed sales project on Process Excellence highlighting Agency Manager effectiveness and Advisor productivity.
✓ Being the Best in Advisor Productivity for Pan India in the year 2006-07.
