Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule in Primavera (P6).
• Perform schedule analysis of alternative studies and schedule impact of scope adjustments before and during scheduled deviation negotiations.
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly project reports for submission to client based on the guidelines of the client / Project requirement.
• Produce resource Histograms, Logic diagrams and summary Bar charts, as required.
• Coordinate and control movement of materials and Manpower as per project schedules.
• Calculating Earned Value (EV), SPI, CPI and Productivity.
• Project monitoring through S-curve.
• Identifying bottlenecks and preparation of catch-up plans.
• Report targets and actual schedule completion data to relevant management and benchmarking services, to help improve site project schedule performance.
• Preparation of Subcontract plan and Procurement plan.
• Coordination with clients, main contractors and other sub-contractors / agencies on the project.
• Follow up with concern department & suppliers for achieving desired target monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Attend progress review and coordination meetings with clients / main contractors / sub-contractors.
• Generation of relevant project reports (progress reports, material consumption, forecasts etc.
• Handing over of project works to main contractors / clients and closure of works.
• Perform any job- related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
PROJECT - HARADH AND HAWIYAH FIELD GAS COMPRESSION PROJECT (SAUDI ARAMCO)

Execution of the draft Project plan/schedule.
Generation of purchase requisition of installation materials & equipments (foreign materials) as per drawing and bill of materials (BOM).
Coordinate and control movement of materials and Manpower as per project schedules.
Interdepartmental Communication for Project Execution.
Coordination with clients, main contractors and other sub-contractors / agencies on the project.
Follow up with concern department & suppliers for achieving desired target monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Responsible for all Mechanical and fire Fighting works.
Prepare materials requisition (BOM) of equipment as per Drawings.
Records all daily activities for proper documentation and reports.
Coordinate to contractor/Client (Petro Rabigh) time to time.
Coordinate and control movement of materials and Manpower as per project schedules.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a document control system
Controlling all Documents related to contract, Technical Data, Progress report, Inspection checklist and Supply chain Management documents.
Production planning as per the order received and preparing draft production plan.
Execution of the draft production plan into real production plan.Operating of ERP for Material Management and planning based on stock availability.
Generation of purchase requisition and store requisition as per drawing and bill of materials.
Inventory targets for ABC components & Analysis.
