Maintenance supervisor
Preparation of weekly and monthly corrective and preventive maintenance as per kemya.
Plan the activity with the required resources as needed.

Analysis of repetitive equipment failures and discuss with specialist.
Conduct daily walk through in the field and highlights the observations, monitoring machine service factor.
Aware with permit procedures (Hot work & cold work) Loto, lifting, Vessel entry permit.
Preparation and overhauling of assembly in the workshop of different gear boxes with shaft.
Make sure all work orders comply with safety codes, standards, and maintenance standard procedures.
Update maintenance record on a regular basis according to work order feedback.
Participated in creating preventive plan schedule, asset PMs, and Maintenance work instruction.
Plan and schedule the execution of day-to-day maintenance activities.
Issue, plan and distribute preventive and predictive work orders, at the beginning of each shift, attend maintenance/production meeting for proper workload coordination.
Follow up work performance by managing and reviewing Key performance indicators KPIs to increase performance and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Follow up, prioritize, and coordinate corrective maintenance work orders issued throughout the shift, to provide proper planning and scheduling for each task.
Providing work package for each task and distribute it accordingly to concerned personnel for review and approvals.
Ensure proper coordination between concerned departments and the maintenance planning dept. to guarantee planning is effective, timely and the planning cycle is completed.
Ensure all scheduled work orders are performed accordingly, by performing site visits and attending required meetings.
Ensuring optimum work order feedback quality is achieved, by reviewing completed work orders on a daily basis, to make sure all required data are available, such as proper feedback, tools and spare parts used, and assigned man hours.
Shutdown/Turnaround
Update Shutdown schedule on daily/weekly basis, to identify variances from the original plan during the execution phase and propose corrective actions to achieve completion successfully.
Providing work package for each task and distribute it accordingly to concerned personnel for review and approvals.
Provide on-going support to the Shutdown Manager / Engineers to set up & follow execution Plans.
Manage, coordinate, and supervise different contractors/vendors participating in the shutdown.

Attended Maintenance of Heat-Exchangers like Floating head, U-tube, Fixed tube, and kettle type, Double Pipe.....
Attended all maintenance activities of Heat-Exchangers like blinding & de-blinding, dropping and box up of channel head, back cover & floating head, tube bundles pull out & installation, hydro jetting & hydro test of shell & tube.
