• Managing internal communications across the business via Intranet and email
• Forecasting and budgeting of yearly company branded stationery requirement across the business.

• Responding to RFP/ RFI’s ITB’s in a timely and complaint manner.
• Management of the bid document in accordance with APMP guidelines and in consultation with the Bid Manager and develop the project “look and feel”
• Manage the Bid Delegation Matrix by following up all outstanding bid requirements and identifying ‘at risk’ items to the Bid Manager
• Management of the Knowledge Library, ensuring that data is kept up to date, old data is archived and information is stored, categorized and secured.
• Establish and maintain electronic file structure for all bid projects in accordance with the bid process.
• Participate in the Team Reviews and provide feedback to SME’s, Bid Managers and other stakeholders relating to content received.
• Production of the ‘final’ documentation to be submitted to the client
• Ensure delivery of the bid to its destination by the deadline

• Liaising with advertising agencies for creating product advertisements for the print media, also liaising with vendors for creating high recall corporate gifts
