Shift Operations
Role-Managing factory & Rawmaterial WAREHOUSE with a production capacity of 20 million liters Paint (Performance coatings) per year and 90 employees
Achievements
•Successfully implementing the Single shift (working hours of 8.5 Hours in a day) production system in place of three shift (24 hours in a day) with same amount of production without any big investment resulting a saving of 2.4 hundred K euro/annum in Manufacturing cost
•Improvement in OEE(Over all Equipment Effectiveness) @ filling by 15%
•Attainment of Bronze certification to Dammam site for business, Process, and manufacturing excellence. (Akzonobel standard for leading KPI)
•Successfully commissioning of In process lab on the shop floor resulting the saving of 30 minutes /batch enhancing the manufacturing capacity of 282 hundred K liters
•Successful installation of Solvent recovery unit and conservation of 18000 ltrs cleaning solvent/month
Role- Leading a team of 6 Chemist, Completing all IN-PROCESS & Final quality Checks, aiming the production as per quality stated, maintain existing Quality Management System (QMS), Environment Management System (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS), Identify and eliminate process waste by continually driving a cultural shift in the organization with sustainable results
Achievements
•Group Leader for Operational establishment & QC activities of Ceil Coat & Fireproof coating at Dammam Site
•Group Leader of Cleaning solvent re usage and part/full addition in Marine & Protective Coatings products (AkzoNobel- Dammam)
•Group leader for cost reduction in top 10 fast moving products.
