Responsible for client & consultant correspondence for daily base issues and close out of safety observations/violations.
Implement all HSE measures as per HSE plan.
Provide first aid, welfare facilities and fire, fall protection at site.
Ensure that all equipments are tools are safe for use and in good condition.
Ensure that all employees / subcontractors personal are wearing the prescribed (PPE) personal protective equipments for job.
Render help to injured or sick and provide required medical facility immediately.
Reporting all near miss, incident and accidents to the Project Manager without any delay, and conduct site inspection on daily bases.
Ensure the relevant safety instructions, safety signs and symbols are displayed in the prominent areas.

Initiate the necessary disciplinary measure for violation of safety procedures of the site; prepare weekly and monthly HSE safety performance measurement reports.

Continuous monitoring on site to ensure performance of field work and manpower with all relevant safety, health and security requirements, programs and other pertinent policies.
Hazard identification, safety inspection & suggesting remedial measure.
Designing & conducting various safety trainings, inductions to new workers on site,
Monitor and guide the workforce on general safety rules and safe work practices.
