Identify and work with appropriate teams, proactively, to resolve all technology issues with applications (infrastructure, performance, code)
Provide regular on site visits as per the required standard: regularly performs preventive maintenance and promptly intervene on maintenance needs
Performing door to door services for troubleshooting, Maintenance and escalation for rectification of issues raised by the clients.
Ensures the establishment and execution of rollout plans for infrastructure initiatives
Oversees and directs the group to ensure seamless transition from business initiatives into the supported infrastructure
Collaborate with the wider Internet Operations and Engineering team to develop new solutions, best practices, and configurations
Manage the entire product life cycle of the Business Class Internet CPE device
Collaborates with Engineering, Business Units, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to define product requirements for the Business Class Internet CPE device
