Lucky Cement is one of the largest producer and leading exporters of cement in Pakistan and is listed on the Pakistan (PSX) and London Stock Exchange.
My role is to conduct internal audit of various departments as per the internal audit plan.
As a Senior Audit Associate i was responsible to plan, execute and finalize the external audit and agreed upon procedures of the clients assigned to me. During this period i managed the clients in trading, insurance, banking, health, manufacturing and aviation sector.
Responsible for the audit of first time adoption of IFRS by Saudi Electricity Company.
Prepared financials of Saudi stock exchange as per IFRS
In the capacity of ACCA Management Trainee my responsibilities include, but are not limited to the day to day management of payments and receivables, bank accounts and preparation and filing of with holding tax returns.
In this capacity my responsibilities included, but were not limited to ensure sound practice of accounting applications through supervision of accounts, billing and front desk departments.
My task also included the preparation of quarterly financials and monthly reconciliations.
