MCB Islamic Bank Limited obtained its banking license from the State Bank of Pakistan on June 12, 2014 and commenced Business on September 14, 2015. This is the first demerger transaction in the banking sector in Pakistan. MCB Islamic Bank intends to reach out to the small entrepreneurs / low income holders of Pakistan to provide them with Microfinancing facilities.
In my current role I am responsible for all activities of the Microfinance division including but not limited to Product restructuring, Product configuration in system in accordance with the approved bank’s policies & SBP’s regulations, financial forecasting of the Microfinance division by highlighting key areas to become profitable segment of the bank, to determine the Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) of the segment and gauge sales performance against KRIs / KPIs on monthly basis. To continually review current policies for reengineering to serve our customers in a better way.
Main task is to identify & implement new areas of business to expand Microfinance segment of the Bank in other cities, tweak the existing products while working cross functionally with product and CBS project team.
• Assist MBB in achieving business goals and objectives related to sales, productivity and GLP.
• Assisting HBB for business analysis, target setting, MIS Coordination etc.
• Coordination with Regional Managers & Branches for business related issues.
• Analyze daily progress and assist HBB in making decisions to keep the business progress on track.
• Assist HBB in human resource activities such as performance evaluations, hiring and discipline.
• Implementation of new policies and process related to business across the network.
• Conduct field visits for meeting with field staff to address future strategy and plan for given KPI's
• Liaison between business and other departments for smooth business processes.

Purpose of Job (Summary): Timely collection and preparation of MIS/Periodic reports with coordination of Branches and create effective harmonization between Head Office and Branches. Resolving all issues of eCIB and reporting to SBP for all required reports.
Major Functions / Responsibilities: • Working on KPI sheet of Last month closing number.
• At start of the month Define Branches Targets in MIS.
• Updating LOs Productivity sheet on daily Basis.
• Submitting and uploading ECIB Information to SBP on monthly basis before 15th of every month.
• Analysis of business data on daily, monthly & quarterly basis.
• Updating departmental head about the daily business performance.
• Submitting of Micro Agri Report to SBP after collecting information from Branches before 15th of every month.
• Working on LO incentives sheet and submitting report to Finance department before 2nd of every month.
• Working on Branches Ranking sheet on daily basis,

• Act as a liaison between branches, Regional Offices and other support departments of Head Office.
• Present the Manual MIS and system generated MIS reports to functional head and other Departmental heads on requirement basis.
• Reviewing and presenting analytical reports to head of department on daily basis.
• Provide assistance to SBP Reporting officer to submit reports to SBP in time.
• Any other duty assigned by HBB.
