ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Handle responsibilities of preparing test cases.
Bug Verification raised by customer & Technical Support Executive and working to reproduce issue on SaaS and multi-Server environment.
Perform responsibilities of conducting various types of testing like Functional testing, Regression testing and User acceptance testing (UAC).
Testing applications compatibility on different browser versions (IE, Firefox and Chrome) and different mobile environment (iOS, Android) for Mobile testing using emulator and physical devices.
Responsible to verify Web services API request, response and data validations in REST protocols.
Responsible to write & execute Groovy Script to verify API methods.
Reading logs from the servers to find the root cause of issue / errors in the system.
Using ?Firebug? to debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript in web page.
Reviewing product requirement documents, functional specifications, and involvement in developing test strategy, test plan and test case documents.
Interacting with RM team and Developers for bug reviews and participating in QA meetings.
Utilizing JIRA, Bugzilla and Mantis as defect tracking tool on the project.
Handling of objection/complaint/query from clients and suggesting measures to solve the issues.
