Develop and manage the production of events’ marketing collateral and ensuring
that deadlines are met
* Develop and coordinate advertising materials or related communication activities
such as media conferences
* Coordination of events advertising and promotional programs
* Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and
maintain awareness
* Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner

* Creating a communication panels between all staff to ensure high level of
performance.
* Providing a daily report of the main activities and expenses to the operation
manager.
* Prepare community assignment needed for different projects
* Use project management tools to ensure effective implementation of the project's
schedule
* Coordinate with concerned team members to solve problems that may appear
during the project execution phase
* Operate with management and project owners to determine project requirements
* Arrange events at the organization's level and participate in improving the
internal processes at the health center
* Assure focused and productive communication with the new and existing donors,
external distributors, representatives and agents of different stakeholders
* Capacity building and training for youth volunteers
* Perform regular office work (collect quotations, receive proposal, attend
meetings, conduct presentations…etc.)
* Process inquiries by phone, fax, email and personal visits to projects sites and
ensures project owners’ satisfaction
* Attend network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with
potential projects, official and professional bodies
* Monitoring and evaluation for staff, volunteers and community based activities
