· Manage architectural and engineering design through developed schematic designs, design development to Final Design producing Tender documents as drawings, BOQ, Specification and other documentation as site works procedures, safety, risk, , etc.
· Producing estimated budgets, Time schedules, analysis schedules, and plans, other technical specifications and participate in proposal analysis for project.
· Managing with several governmental and semi-governmental authorities to get permits, licenses, and approvals.
· Manage tendering, bidding, contracting, and procurements process in conjunction with the Construction department.
· Managing projects within the established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality. Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc. Represent company in all project meetings.
· Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.
· Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
• Looking Overall Project Management and Technical Construction Documentation.
• Meeting and co-coordinating with the related Department, Consultants, contractors and Specialist
• Monitor compliance to contractual obligations ( Contract Conditions and specifications )
• Follow up all outstanding issues (schedule, project scope, cost estimates for new proposals, submittals, request for information, site work instructions, payments, hold area by design, transmittals …)
