Representing the corporation for sale enquiries, business, pre-bid & post-bid meetings, negotiation with suppliers and clients.
Area marketing and sales for Survalent SCADA system, Efacec EV chargers, ZIV (Formerly CG) RTU, Nokia IP/MPLS, Itron and Kamstrup meters.
Handling enquires for, and providing detailed quotes for smart grid and telecom solutions.
Managing and monitoring project schedule, timelines & milestones from initiation to delivery of project and ensuring compliance to RFP requirements.
Reviewing of Tender documents and ensuring its completeness by raising technical and commercial clarifications.
Organizing / Participation in bid initiation & review meetings.
All in-house co-ordination with cross function team members for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd party
Strategic sourcing of third party equipment in order to optimize overall costing of the project.
Attending Customer meetings for proposal / technical clarifications as a team or on individual basis and to provide full support to Sales team on all relevant issues.
Preparing Responsibility Matrix & generation of Full Cost Model along with risk assessment for System & Service Deliveries.
Understanding customer requirements on technical & commercial specification and translating into a techno-commercial proposal.
Negotiation and ensuring contract specifications compliance with a variety of external groups, including contractors, end-users and OEM companies.
To carry out regular proposal follow up’s using/updating and maintaining the CRM and sales programs.
Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances
Direct reporting to Sr. General Manager and Managing Director of the company.

Detailed HV and EHV Sub-Station Design Calculations like
- Short Circuit Calculations
- Grounding design calculation (ETAP, CYMGRD, manual)
- AC/DC cable sizing, circuit breaker sizing, its gradation and co-ordination
- Auxiliary TF sizing
- Battery sizing
- Lighting calculation using Dialux software
- Calculations for lightning protection system design.
Performing UG/OH transmission line Design calculations like
- SVL calculation
- NLR calculations
- Short circuit calculations
- Fiber optics transmission losses calculations
- Ampacity calculations
- Induced Voltage calculations
Coordination with clients for design comments, technical review, submittal and approval.
Reviewing and supervision of drawings (e.g. SLD, layouts and sections, cable trench and pipelines, lighting, grounding, lightning design plans etc.) for quality and technical assurance.
Estimation works for turnkey jobs of substations and transmission lines up-to 380 kV, preparing detailed project reports, bidding documents/tender document, budgeting and making multidisciplinary cost estimation consisting of electrical and civil works, preparing technical specification for equipments etc.
