Ted leads Mercer’s Career Products business for the MENA region.
As such, Ted is responsible for all surveys in the region and hosts various events and forums. Ted is also responsible for Mercer’s International Position Evaluation (IPE) methodology in the region, Mercer's Mobility solutions, as well as various related technology tools and services surrounding employee engagement and assessments.

Ted is Mercer Middle East’s expert for the Consumer Goods and Life Sciences, industries and regularly leads projects and consults with clients in these industries.

Ted regularly consults with leading organizations regionally and globally, regularly publishes articles in various media outlets and has regularly appeared on TV and Radio
