I am responsible in making sure that all the hourly paid employee of the company coming from three different departments; namely BM Construction Labour, BM Services and Facility Management Labour, and BM Plant and Equipment Labour with a total number of 1, 400 individuals all in all receive their monthly salary. This is as per the timecards submitted coming from their designated Site Timekeeper. I am the responsible person for processing the leave settlement of all the above mentioned labour. In addition, I am assigned to do the Final Settlement of all the labour exiting the company either by Termination or Resignation, making sure that they receive all their monetary dues as per the UAE Law.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Prepare the monthly salary of all the hourly paid labour of all the three different Departments namely BM Construction Labour, BM Services and Facility Management Labour and BM Plant and Equipment Labour
• Check all the timecards received making sure that all the details on the summary show no error e.g. (Total of Days Absent, Days of Paid Sick Leave, and Overtime details)
• Prepare the Monthly Invoice of all the labour as per their allocated project location which will later then be charge to this project.
• Prepare the Monthly Cost Code Summary Allocation of all the days and hours worked to various different cost codes allotted to each project. This gives Head Office the information needed to use to monitor the manpower expenses of each project at any given time.
• Do the necessary adjustments needed on the labour monthly salary (e.g. Cash Advance Deduction, Traffic Fine Deduction, Loan Deduction, Days Deduction, Arrear Days and other Salary adjustments needed)
• Prepare the Leave Settlement dues of those labour who wishes to avail of their Biennial Leave (of all the three departments) ones the duly signed Leave Form is received.
• Advice all the Site Timekeeper of all the Official Site Holidays as declared under UAE Law and confirmed by the Head office.
• Coordinate to all the Site Timekeeper or the concern labour himself if any problem or clarifications is needed regarding his Monthly Salary.
• Work out the cost and submit the details required when asked to prepare the cost if the company is to provide a cash incentive or cash bonus to all the labour.
• Help the Site/ Project in sourcing out additional manpower by calling manpower supply agency/company and agree with them the site manpower requirements and the rates applicable, duration of works, documents required and all other additional details prior to supplying the manpower.
• Coordinate with the Head Office the release of Payment due for a manpower supply company who worked on the site/ project.
• Discuss with the site Office Manager or the Commercial Department Manager the cost code applicable for all the labour assigned to the site especially prior to Invoicing the project.
• Discuss with the Commercial Manager the detail of the Monthly Invoice submitted when further clarification is required.
• Monitor and maintain a Monthly registry of all the staff staying at the labour camp. This includes the details of the site/project they are assigned to, room number and details if they are using the bus provided for all labour. Details which Head Office use to properly monitor expenses.
• Maintain the Company's Vehicle registry. This is to monitor all the company provided vehicles from the Buses use to collect from and drop the labour back to the Camp, to all the vehicles provided to the staff and higher management individuals plus all the long term company hired vehicle. Including the Insurance and Registration details of all the vehicles and buses.

I was the one responsible in keeping and maintaining all the day to day records of all the company's hourly paid employee and all the hired labour from manpower supply company, Those who either worked directly under the company's supervision or the ones hired and supplied to all the subcontractor who needed manpower support due to lack or insufficient manpower as per site requirements. Including their attendance, work allocation, and who the Site Manager, Site Supervisor / Engineer they are allocate to daily.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Daily Clocked "In" and "Out" all the company's hourly paid employee and hire labour from manpower supply agency/company.
• Prepared the monthly summary of all the attendance and overtime hours worked of each labour prior to processing the monthly summary.
• Prepared daily manpower allocation report of each labour on the site/ project.
• Prepared daily report of all the labour working in the site from all the BM direct labour to all the Sub-Contractors. And every month prepared monthly summary report submitted to the Commercial Department of the manpower used in the site as part of Project's Monthly Progress report.
• Maintained all the labour records such as Leave Forms, Sick Leave Certificate, Transfer Advices etc. for future references.
• Helped in preparing the Safety Manager's forms and various different Safety formats used on the site to keep safety records on one of the many projects/site.
• Did daily individual head count of all the labour working for a Sub-Contractor coming in the site and working on each area in the site, as instructed by the Project Manager to verify the accuracy of the dubious daily manpower report submitted by the concerned Sub-Contractor.
• Prepared a duly signed Daily and Monthly Back Charge Sheets for all the labours supplied to a Sub-Contractor which includes all the relevant documents, letters and pictures associated to support the back charge sheet.
• Discussed with the site Office Manager or the Commercial Department Manager the cost code applicable for all the labour assigned to the site especially prior to Invoicing the project (only if required by the site)
• Helped the Site/ Project in sourcing out additional manpower by calling manpower supply agency/company and agreed with them the site manpower requirements and the rates applicable, duration of works, documents required from the supply company and all the details prior to supplying the manpower.
• Coordinated with the Office Manager the release of Payment due for a manpower supply company who worked on the site/ project.
• Helped the then HR Manager in preparing the Monthly Salary of all the BM Labours.
• Personally went to the bank (monthly) to withdraw the money for the Salary of all the labour. And did the distribution personally to each of the labour at the labour camp.
• Coordinated to all the Site Timekeeper or the concerned labour himself if any problem or clarifications is required regarding his Monthly Salary.
• Discussed with the site Office Manager or the Commercial Department Manager the cost code applicable for each of the labour assigned to the site.
• Helped the Site/ Project in sourcing out additional manpower by calling manpower supply agency/company and agreed with them the site manpower requirements and the rates applicable, duration of works, documents required from the supply company and all the details prior to supplying the manpower.
• Coordinated with the Office Manager the release of Payment due for a manpower supply company who worked on the site/ project.
