- Assist the Senior Management in preparation of personnel plan.
-Preparation of personnel cost for forecast and budgeting purposes.
-Preparation and maintenance of HR Policies and Procedures and Job Descriptions.
-Coordinate with department heads and staff for conducting Performance Appraisals annually.
-Coordinate with staff and trainers for arranging training programs.

-Preparation of monthly provisions for gratuity, leave salary, and holiday air ticket. Give instructions to the accounts department for payment of leave salary and holiday air ticket to the employees while going on vacation.
-Coordinate with insurance agencies for renewal/addition/cancellation of life and medical insurance policies for the staff and their dependants.
-Review the air ticket allowance paid to staff and to suggest revision if required.
-Keep records of annual/sick leaves of employees and to initiate necessary action to control excess sick leaves taken by the employees.
-Maintain employee data in the SAP Business One HR module.
-Issue letters/memos to employees as and when required in coordination with the General Manager/Department Head.
-Preparation of final settlement and ensure smooth exit for employees while leaving the company.
-Ensure that all HR Procedures are in line with the UAE Labour Law and to keep track on the new rules and notifications from the MOL.
-Major roles include business development, handling client account independently, sourcing and screening CVs .
-Making arrangements for advertisements and subscription to various job portals.
