Focussing on Implementing Lean Procurement Method which has
resulted in 50% decline of dead stock in past 5 years.
Managing relations with freight forwarding agents and handling
import / export shipments.
Determining the mode of transport for shipments based on the
shipment size, budget & urgency of the shipment.
Responsible for Meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of
goods and services.
Negotiating & finalizing contracts with MEP contractors for
projects prior to finalization.
Certifying payments for local and overseas vendors.
