Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks, provision of support throughout the sales cycle.
Demonstrate the value of ERP solutions, specific to each prospect’s unique business needs (Cloud - On Premise - Hybrid Solutions) with SAAS, PAAS and IAAS with Vertical Solutions

Demonstrate innovative approaches to pipeline development and sales cycle support for the aligned sales teams.
Build strategic partnerships with key customer stakeholders in select sales cycles.
Engage the appropriate pre-sales resources to support qualified sales opportunities, including the identification of a Lead SE where appropriate.
Collaborate with sales management and their teams to plan account strategies through participation in formal and informal account reviews.
Enforce consistent presales processes, including CRM-based opportunity management, discovery sessions and dry runs to ensure that presentations/demos are compelling and yield the best win rates possible.
Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands

Currently reporting to the IT Director, leading to the 45 resources for design, development & deployment of Enterprise Solution (Oracle), defining application strategy & roadmap in alignment with the business strategy.
Studying & understanding the business processes/strategies, for all business areas, to implement the Oracle ERP solutions to automate key business processes - Master Data Management (MDM), record to report (R2R), Hire to Fire (H2F), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Operation & Maintenance (O&M), etc.
Collaborating with the project stakeholders, to understand the business requirements/objectives, ensuring that post-research solution becomes the appropriate one against requirements and budget.
